Francesco Bianchi

Francesco Bianchi has taken the role of Head Legal and Chief Compliance Officer of Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors AG (VSWA) as of June 1, 2021.

 

Francesco joins Vontobel from UBS, where he was leading the legal department of UBS Swiss Financial Advisers AG, focusing on advising the Management Committee and the Board on any major regulatory project and new business initiative, ongoing corporate and contractual matters, as well as U.S. regulatory filings.

 

Prior to that, he was based in the United States, in Chicago, where he advised a multinational company on international transactions.

 

Francesco holds a Bachelor and Master of Law from the University of Lucerne, and a LL.M from the Loyola University of Chicago. He is admitted to practice Law both in Switzerland and in the United States (State of New York).
